Shipping: Unless directed otherwise, freight will be collect and invoiced by the carrier. Once products leave our facility it becomes the property of the ordering party. Receiving party is responsible for inspection at time of delivery. External damage must be noted on Bill of Lading. Carrier must be notified of concealed damage within 10 days.
Warranty: N-K Products warrants all N-K manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective parts.
Delivery: Many items are in stock for immediate shipment. For items not in stock you may experience a delay of up to 30 days. Please ask at time of order.
Returns: N-K Products will accept returned products for up to 30 days after original shipping date with pre-approval. Credit will be issued upon receipt of undamaged goods less 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return freight.
